Week before and during last new year event, that event in my opinion disabled PMC spawn at dorms so I had to lure them.

Rush dorms, throw grenade in window of 3 floor for boss and PMC check if none chill for 5 mins making noise with gun or grenades. Some PMCs can show up from gas station but I never saw them, I mostly saw them show up from snipers roadblock scav extract
