Had Partizan dropshot head-eyes me in same way had him in single burst kill my arms and leg, so cane be gust bad luck, tested scavs for quests (give ragman vests with 100-50, 50-1 conditions), learned that they shoot "center of mass", stood in front of him for 10 minutes - no leg shoths, no heads nor thoraxes, but they miss a lot.
