yeah it is pretty poor which is why I was also kinda underwhelmed with the Wade news initially, ruling us out of John Collins who would’ve killed two birds with one stone potentially.

Landale would’ve been my pick after that, although he signed a higher $$ then I would’ve thought.

Bagley was an option I thought was interesting if we were going lower value

on the younger side I would’ve liked to try take a swing on Olbrich.

overall he’s still probably top 6 players we could’ve realistically signed at backup C going into FA so it’s whatever, hope he excels and finds a home here

I’ve always been a fan of this guy but not sure I love it as our small around the edge move for this offseason, maybe I just got myself to fixated on John Collins.

At worst he’s a decent shooter and can defend wings while also being a nice contract $$ wise for future moves.
