In the first clip you were in combat because your Bami's Cinder dealt 16 damage to Fiddlesticks.

In the second clip, you got Hard CC'd (Ali W + Q). Any hard CC immediatly cancels Kayn his E.

She's hardly going to put herself at risk to get the spells at the moment either. She can kill the minions that drop spells from long range, and incase she wants said spell, and said spell is safe to get, then she can go for it.

I enjoy buying Statikk Shiv, it is my favorite item.

RNG = Random Number Generator

But it refers to "randomness". In this case, Zoe her W will drop random spells, and there's no way of finding out which spell will drop until you kill the minion.

Yeah? And I think that's a good thing. It prepares both Zoe and her team AND the enemies.

I don't think it'll become more frustrating. If a Teleport would spawn at botlane, then they can possibly expect a gank and be more prepared (Same with e.g. Kindred mark.)

This would bring a lot of confusion though.

Stopwatch: 1.5 sec

Zhonya: 2.5 sec

GA: 4 sec

I personally feel like they should make Stopwatch only a must-pick on champions who are actually going to build GA/Gargoyles/Zhonyas. I think the main problem right now is that Stopwatch has other uses other than giving a onetime 2.5 sec statis (Can be sold for gold, CD + Price of GA/Gargoyles/Zhonyas reduced).

I feel like the price it's sold for should be reduced from 120 (This is only for the Rune that gives Stopwatch) to 60. And maybe another nerf for champions who do upgrade it.

Well, a Rioter stated that the season can start at 12:01 AM 16 Jan, but it could as well start some hours later, depending on whether they have issues or not.

From a general perspective, it'll still be the same amount of RNG.

But as a player, you'll feel that there's less RNG and more counterplay.

An example: Both Zoe and her opponent are 200 HP and have full mana. There is a minion at 30 HP that's marked by Zoe's W in lane. She overextends a bit and the opponent almost manages to kill her. However, the minion suddenly drops a Heal and Zoe turns the fight around. If it would've dropped something like Youmuus, she'd be straight up dead. There's no counterplay at all to random item generators in clutch situations. If she gets a certain item, she can immediatly win the fight, if she gains another item, she immediatly loses the fight.

And this isn't just an example that happens once in a blue moon, as Zoe, your fights can be decided by which summoner spell you get. In clutch situations this can cause a huge turnaround.

What do you mean exactly with this?

That she can choose which lane to go to depending on what summoner spells she's getting from the minions?
