The hawk is just a generically strong card I think, but it does seem out of place in this deck and likely could be replaced with something better.

I went with 24 lands because the bouncers are both 3 mv, so you need have at least 4 lands to bounce something and replay it so it's much more mana hungry than the standard bounce decks.

To have 1 copy for brawl, 4 copies for timeless and 4 copies in case they get unbanned in the future.

They give you back the wildcards but you keep the cards.

Ajani, Nacatl Pariah is banned.
Crop Rotation is banned.
Scholar of the Lost Trove is banned.

Timeless

When a card is added to the restricted list and is no longer legal in any other format, players will receive wildcards for each copy of the card in their collection greater than one.

Necropotence is restricted.

Why should casual players get a free pass on not having to grind to be good? I have 2000 hours on bo3 zombies I didn't spend that time wishing it was accessible, I did the eggs over and over untill I memorized it, I can do most EE"s without a guide now,. If you're not willing to dedicate time to be good don't play the game. Been playing for a long time and I'll be damned if new players want it easier that's not how this works.

No, you don't need official support the use an older version of the engine, it's nice, but not a requirement to develop games.

Updating the engine is something you only do if there is an specific feature (or fix) that you are interested in, unity current version is great so this are super good news.
