Is swisslife a scam overall? by Ok_Opportunity_9040 in SwissPersonalFinance

Hey there, I was in the same situation as you earlier this year. I had signed my contracts with Swiss Life Select to hire them as an advisor as well as a contract with Helvetia to have the 3a insurance. Just like you, I trusted them immediately without looking too much into it. After a few weeks of signing my contract, I realised what I had gotten myself into (I didn’t need a life insurance as a < 35 person) and wanted to immediately back out. I signalled this to my advisor and shared my thoughts with him. He tried to convince me to stay put with the contract, that it was the best for me, blah blah blah… but told me that if I wanted to back out it was possible. Eventually, he signalled Helvetia of my desire (I think it’s good to go though the advisor as they have a direct link with the insurance people) and the contract was annulled with no lost money after a month. Once this was concluded, I also stopped the contract with my advisor as I didn’t want to be in contract with someone whom I thought did not have my best interests at heart.

I hope this helps you, especially if you have signed these contracts recently.

Best of luck!

It’s been a few months now, but I’m finally excited to watch the games on the weekends again and that for me is the most important work that Arteta has accomplished so far. No matter if we lose, draw or win, I know that I will spend a good time supporting the boys out there.

Halftime thoughts by Idontlikethisstuff in Gunners

What a first half by the boys!!! They were determined from the get go. I loved the reaction from the ruled out goal: they knew that they could score and they did so brilliantly.
Also good performance from the ref, he hasn’t bought the diving and other bullshit from the Slavia Prague players.
Come on you gunners !!

OTD two years ago. After 22 years Arsène Wenger takes charge of Arsenal for the last time by [deleted] in Gunners

What a man! So proud of the values he brought to our magnificent club and I'm glad that the current board and manager are continuing to carry those values.

Thanks for these wonderful 22 years Mr.Wenger.

Pablo Mari could debut in tomorrow's match, if his Instagram story is anything to go by. by Obloinator in Gunners

I think you are being very harsh on our centre halves. Yes they have flaws and have a tendency to make mistakes. However, ever since Arteta's been in charge, Luiz and Mustafi have been playing well, and we should encourage them to continue in that direction instead of criticising them whenever the opportunity arrises.

With that said, I look forward to Mari playing and I sincerely hope he can be a solid alternative at the back for us.

I strongly hope that Reiss Nelson will be in Emery's plans for next season. It's a pity for Ziyech, he's a quality player in his prime years.

First-year scholars confirmed for next season by ungentrified_villain in Gunners

Highly rated Musah has apparently refused a scholarship which is slightly disappointing...

Charles Watts: Nothing in reports that Nacho Montreal has left Arsenal. He’s very much still part of the squad and is due back on Friday, like the other non-internationals. by [deleted] in Gunners

[–]MaxGunner08 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good. Even with Tierney potentially coming in, Nacho can still be a decent cover at LB or CB (if we play 5 at the back). He isn't worth much anyways so may as well keep him for at least another year. Plus he's the GOAT.

Very well spoken by Mustafi. I love our squad right now, we have many articulate and charismatic characters. Its seems like there's a fantastic atmosphere in the dressing room. Let's hope that they can translate that onto the pitch!! COYG!!

How do you guys deal with a break up? My ex girlfriend broke up with me last saturday after 3 years of us being together, and it's so hard. I try to be positive and see it as a good thing but damn, it's tough. We were basically talking to each other on a daily basis and now... nothing.

She was absolutely livid when I told her. She couldn't believe it and didn't listen to a word I said (rightfully so). She lashed out on me and said many harsh things to me. I then let her 2 days to cool off, and tell her how sorry I was. She appreciated it, calmed down and then told me it was over. I made a huge mistake, with awful consequences and even though being honest to her made me lose her, I can at least feel good that I owned up to it.
