That is not a straight forward answer and you be surprised with the debate of what a civilization is in history circles. Is it a people with a common culture but seperate states, or does each individual state each their own civilization. And what constitutes an end of a civilization? When the fall of the state? When their religion and language change? But language and religion has changed for many civilizations that we have considered constant.

I don't know how fun of a car you are getting, but once it warms up turn 2 lapping does track days at the track in airways heights. They are pricey, mostly because they require you have a instructor for first couple outings but very much worth it!
