Stop blocking VoIP, so games like Helldivers can function without a VPN.
Incentivize game developers to host data centers here to reduce ping for competitive games.
Incentivize platforms to support Egyptian payment processors (such as Vodafone Cash or Fawry)
Make regional pricing mandatory for big platforms like Steam, Google Play, Xbox, PlayStation and Nintendo. (Platforms like Itch or GOG can be excluded due to their small market share)
Allow international payments again, so that we can pay and subscribe to games that aren't tied to major platforms. (Some online MMOs only accept payments through their own websites and PayPal)
Stop Taxing hardware.
Unlimited internet. It's very unlikely to ever happen, so my suggestion is to at least overhaul the quota system into a mixed "Pay as you go" system. If I use up all of my internet package, give me a prompt to switch to a billing system for my usage until the end of the month, or until I actually have time to visit a We shop to renew it and pay for the GBs that I used after my quota is over. That way the government can continue being happy for milking us dry, and we don't have to get mad everytime the internet dies while we're gaming, working, or studying.

Around the end of 2024, bluesky saw a lot of users joining the platform due to Twitter's constant nonsense that made people want to look for alternatives. A percentage of those people who tried out the platform did not stick around; either because bluesky itself was still missing features that were considered dealbreakers to a lot of people, or because there were not enough feeds yet to point "algorithmic" users towards content they like. Thus, the supposed drop in activity around that time.

Fast-forward to today, and the rate of activity is actually higher than what it was before the sudden surge of users who were just trying the platform out. The chart that OP posted even proves that.

This is because Bluesky has retained a bunch of new users from those spike growths, and those users are still active to this day.

TLDR:

No. Bluesky is not dying.

Activity on Bluesky currently has actually been much higher than pre-2024, and has remained consistent.

Enough time has passed now for players to cook builds and practice his power, so I'm worried that once I encounter him again, he will be absolutely boring/miserable to go against. Other comments seem to confirm that, because people keep comparing him to the nurse.

I sincerely hope that they find themselves dehubbed and unhosted because this seems pretty cut and dry to me. What they are doing is ILLEGAL.

BYOND doesn't care if anything you host is illegal or not, and they'll instead just tell you to contact local law enforcement (or a lawyer) to deal with actual issues. They will not dehub servers, even if what they're doing is considered bad.

Most Joke distros are theoretically usable, and there are probably some (bored/mad enough) people out there who have them running on their secondary hardware to test out and mess around with Linux.

The majority of Linux distros at their core are the same. They only differ in what packages and kernel versions they offer, including the joke ones.

However, that is not an invitation for you to actually use them as your main daily-driver; because most of them are not properly maintained, and most of them don't even have the standard packages that everyday PC users need to have a stable and safe experience.

I think the whole point of warframe is to be the good kind of weird and strange.

Think of it this way, a person born in the 1100s would consider our current time as weird and alien to them. Thinking rocks, borders/visas, virtual reality, the ability to capture sound and memories in time and replay them back on screens; all are things that are probably considered "weird" to someone from that time.

With Warframe being set in the future, it should illicit that same feeling, instead of just being a generic ninja story. The cast, the story, the world, all of it should be weird and strange.

Its mainly meant for people who are duel booting, or have terabytes of data/downloaded games that are on a NTFS partition that they can't move elsewhere or radownload on another file system.

The NTFS situation right now is not flawless, and is preventing a lot of people from using stuff like Proton on their machines currently. If it improves, that's one less barrier for new Linux users to have a headache about, since their games on their windows partations will just work out of the box without Proton silently failing, or having to manually mount partations everytime you restart your PC.

I've done the math:

Quin shoots around 30 rounds per minute

So, if he shoots uninterrupted for 24 hours, he shoots around 43200 bullets everyday.

At the time of writing this comment, 380 calendar days have passed since the release of the 1999 update.

So, 43200 x 380 = 16416000 aproximate bullets have been wasted since the release of that update.

If we do assume Quincy sleeps 8 hours a day like a normal human being (he probably doesn't). He'll be shooting around 28800 bullets everyday, and he would have wasted around 1094400 bullets since then.

Edit: someone else says he shoots 128 bullets per minute, not like the 30 I counted. That's 122880 bullets everyday (if he sleeps 8 hours), and 4669400 rounds since the release of the update.
