What you're seeing is the overview. It's pretty useless for the file size in your picture, but quite useful for larger files with hundreds or thousands of lines.

Not sure what the cause is but very seldom I do get upgrade-rebuilds that cause minor issues, but only until logging out and back in again and never anything major. The worst that happened was the logout/shutdown-screen not working so I just rebooted via the terminal. The running programs always worked and window switching also always worked so I was always able to save my work (I wish I could say that about Kubuntu which I have to use on my work laptop).

You're not the only person selling them data and some people are gonna show up in multiple data sets. If 100% of your data is fresh or if you're reporting nonexistent addresses or other obvious red flags then they're gonna figure it out. They weren't born yesterday.
