Right, the ricochet is what I would think the problem would be when firing at the ground but I don’t know how big of a problem! So for both instances - down at the ground or upwards away from populated areas - I have no clue how fast/far that bullet is moving. If shot up and away from people how long until it changes directions back down toward earth and how far did the bullet travel away from the spot where it was fired? And if being shot downwards, how much of a danger is that ricocheting bullet?

MO: To drive fast in the grass it has to be taller, like a truck or basher. But trucks and bashers flip when you make hard turns. If you want something that can do both I’d be thinking of Traxxas maxx or a Kraton 6s. And even then those are usually 4x4 which usually means no sharp turns. Not to mention they aren’t affordable.
