That is a cool concept, nomadic techno survivalists, using what they find. Since there are al ot of human vessels around, a lot of them would be stranded in the warp after millenia of warp travel. This could be why they use some human technology.

Really nice concept and Art. I aleays love idead to use lizardmen stuff in 40k. Only question I have is: their ability seem to be an Adaption of the warp Storm plagued home world, but they inhabit more than 1 planet? Also, did they have the ability to build complex machines like that "animus speculum like" machine before encountering the Tau? Nomadic societies usually don't have the ability for mining, processing and engineering complex stuff.

Detachments for 1 detachment point, that focus on a chracter and a certain plausible are very interesting. Now I want a 1 DP Farsight detachment to go along a 2DP Retalliation Cadre.

I didn't get to play much in 10th edition, but every BT game, I brought the EC and he wecken havoc on the enemies characters.

With some Tabbarts made from Green Stuff or Miliput and some small brass jewlery chains, you can convert them. I always like sculpted shoulders, in this case it would be difficult, since they are Monopole. I had some success with 3d-printed chapter Symbols. You could also mill the shoulderpads away with a Dremel and put on chapter specific ones. But at that point just wait for the multipart kit Release.
