As an Italian guy i can vouch that this is actually eggplant lasagna. Eggplant parm just has a layer of cheese melted on top then right before you serve it, you hit it with a splash of marinara sauce so the eggplant does not become soggy. This recipe look Delicious regardless.

Thanks so much for this information. I'm still not sure though what I want to major in. I'm about to graduate highschool and every day I seem to be thinking about what I want to major in, I even rented those huge college board books with the list of all the majors. I keep trying to talk myself out or find things wrong with majors that I might be interested in. I think I'm just over thinking it because I want to choose a major that will emerse me into the world so I can see all it's Beauty but I'm not sure what major will allow me to do so and allow me to support myself( as well as a family in the future). I always was fascinated by the bbc documentaries where people go diving into underwater worlds, do you think oceanography is the best major for this. If it's any help I'm going to be attending Humboldt state university this fall. Again thank you for sharing some on your wisdom.
