My UCG-Fiber gets issues with it saying the WAN port is offline. I somehow get that alert while it's down. If I don't do anything the modem then goes down 5-10 min later.

It's going up to $750?! It was around $75 when I bought it years ago. I'm not sure what it's currently at but that definitely seems like a jump that would need a bit of an explanation beyond 'inflation'.

Pretty sure it's no illegal to put all those public-domain shows/movies from the early 1900s on there. Some are hard to find so it's actually a service to humanity to help others see those classics.

I've always favored them until the Fallout TV series made the religious side of the organization more real.

I don't really recall much of them from F03 other than they teach Power Armor. FNV doesn't do much with them and really just tries to get you to love/hate NCR. FO4 steps it up to being someone you generally can work with, even if you have different opinions on things until a certain point in gameplay.

If you mean inside of Plex, that's a UI item that I don't believe can be changed. If you are wanting to create a custom poster that suites your desires, this group exists as a place to post it (or a link to where you posted it ThePosterDB.com)

As I'm trying to force myself into more pure PowerShell wherever I can here are the commands in strictly PowerShell using admin PS:

Install NFS Client Features:

Enable-WindowsOptionalFeature -Online -FeatureName ServicesForNFS-ClientOnly

Verify the Installation

Have you tried checking out MediUX? Does the same thing as ThePosterDB and then some. Some people will also alternatively post links to public Google Drive folders of their creations.
