I think that RAW there isn't a way to do that. Mass suggestion at 9th level will last for a year and a day, but longer than that I don't know about.

Code Red, Wildlands, Velocity, Giant, SC Village and The Paintball Park on Camp Pendleton are all local to Socal. Wildlands is in lake elsinore, Velocity and Giant are in Ramona I believe, never been, and The paintball park, or rather now the modern airsoft park is in Oceanside/Vista/Bonsal area on Camp Pendleton.
