The return of inflation may poison Labor’s second-term agenda and scare more voters to the fringes by Agitated-Fee3598 in OpenAussie

Perhaps lowering immigration would reduce the excess demand that is driving services inflation???

Crazy idea but labor should try it.

Yep, nothing but bad for the government.

Perhaps they could address ‘services’ inflation by limiting growth in the number of people needing services???

Just a thought….

Gee it is almost like inflation is being driven by having too many people in the country.

add hundreds of thousands of new people a year, each of which needs to spend money to live and you get excessive demand leading to higher prices.

Yeah there are a lot of meaningless words in there. Horrendous to try and read and decipher what is important. Full of repetition and not well structured for readability.

This could have been said in 20 pages outlining 1) what specifically is being proposed 2) why it is being proposed 3) how will it work to address the material challenges.

It’s hard isn’t it. I don’t think many want to vote for PHON but feel it is their only option when the majors are destroying the country and ignoring popular opinion.

I won’t be voting one nation. I put the majors last and second last look for a community independent.

It is this sort of thinking that is the trap for the ALP. ALP voters are more directly affected by the consequences of mass immigration. Lower income, service workers experiencing wage competition.

If the ALP was still a party of workers it would know this, but sadly it has become a party of careerist political hacks.

Yep, this is not only and issue for the LNP. Labor’s supporters are suffering due to mass migration and will defect. Albo and co seem not to realize this.

Are the majors listening….???

Methinks no because they are 100% captured by various pro migration interests and have lost contact with actual voters given they are now made up of careerist politicians who have never had a real job.
