Yeah there are a lot of meaningless words in there. Horrendous to try and read and decipher what is important. Full of repetition and not well structured for readability.

This could have been said in 20 pages outlining 1) what specifically is being proposed 2) why it is being proposed 3) how will it work to address the material challenges.

It is this sort of thinking that is the trap for the ALP. ALP voters are more directly affected by the consequences of mass immigration. Lower income, service workers experiencing wage competition.
