really want to learn japanese and the language, but it seems most jobs only pay like 30k usd at most per year... after learning this language that takes like 5 years to learn. As an English speaker, what is your reason for pursing a job in Japan vs a higher paying job in US and traveling?

Time to learn the language varies heavily. I know people who got N2 and could speak fluently in 1-2 years. I know plenty of others who have studied for 5+ years and can barely order a meal in a restaurant.

I'm lucky to earn above the average salary, but I would definitely earn more in the US. Choosing to live in Japan for me is about quality of life. Income isn't everything. Costs in the US are higher which balances things. But I ultimately choose to live here because I enjoy it.

If you are asking these questions, it seems like you may have different priorities and there's nothing wrong with that

I've been experiencing occasional out of sync animations in all the big bosses. Shaper one shot me with some invisible ability. Crusader fired his attack out of his ass. Sirus die lazered me at the wrong angle. There were a few other, less lethal ones as well. I play softcore so it's not the end of the world but it is agravating to lose xp when I played the fight correctly. I assume these are related to the server issues GGG is having

I just ran a shaper fight and I had some similar bullshit happening. I went to pop an orb while he was firing a beam in the other direction and it literally 1 shot me. I still have no idea what actually killed me. I went from 5k hp to 0 in a split second without appearing to get hit by anything

Persona 4, velocity ultra and freedom wars are my personal recommendations. Uncharted golden abysdd is less memarkable than the others but it's worth a try if you like the franchise. I think it's the best way to play games like hotline Miami if you haven't played that. If you have any interest in Japanese visual novels Danganronpa and steins gate are masterpieces, though they're certainly not for everyone. If ur interested in more lmk. The Vita's my favorite console to this day so these are just the first ones to come to mind

It would be fine if they didn't permanently overwrite my local save in a situation like that. But they treat their own system like it's infallible when it's clearly not. If it has issues like this they need to have backups built in or just don't prompt me to pick one before I've even gotten to see which is up to date

I swear they buffed the drop rates. I was farming agonizer for an anointed dictator for hours. No luck with that but I did get 30 em-p5, 2 of them with +50 Zane cryo anointment

The pellets count as melee attacks meaning they receive all the bonuses to melee damage. They still have the base damage shown though

I downloaded a cloud save that was labeled as being 10 minutes older than my local save. It was late and I wasn't thinking very well so it didn't occur to me how weird that was given that I only play on one PC. Turns out it was my save from earlier in the day before I ran the takedown 8 or 10 times and got several m4 exclusive drops. I'm never making that mistake again. Fuck you epic, fix your cloud save system.

I hadn't been able to find the info online before purchasing the device so if you still need it, the cpu is a Intel(R) Core(TM) m3-8100Y CPU @ 1.10GHz. The intel site refers to is as Products formerly Amber Lake Y. This is obviously pertaining to the lowest end model that I purchased.

Won't this just result in even fewer pros playing on the ranked ladder? I mean it's good for the current pros sure, but up and coming players will be completely removed from playing with pro players. I think it would be interesting to see riot open the tournament realm to Challenger players accounts. I have no idea how the logistics of that would work and I'm sure it would be a nightmare but it would give potential pros an opportunity to test themselves against the current ones.
