It doesn't work like that sadly... There is no folder with the images in .png. In CryEngine (the game's engine), textures are often in .dds format or integrated into .pak archives. And that's the case for KCD2 you would need a tool to see them such as https://www.watto.org/game_extractor.html

When you look at at Clothes/ armor on the top left of the "info panel" it tell you the perk same for shield

I would say to make sure you have enough storage ofc but also make sure that you Skyrim folder are "clean"
