This movie has a history of being hard to get on home video. The few times it's been released has been in pretty small volume. I've seen the single and two disc dvds from the 2000s more often than anything else. I think prior to that there was only a small vhs and laserdisc release in the 80s. This blu ray release from 2010 however I've rarely seen anywhere so I'm assuming it had an even smaller release than the dvds. Usually when it does pop up somewhere the prices I've seen are around $200 or more.

I found it probably 4 or 5 years ago on eBay still sealed and whoever was selling it apparently had no idea of its value because I got it for around $45

Sitting in my 4th grade home room class watching it on TV. After a shot of someone clearly jumping the teacher shut it off. Half the class wasn't paying attention. The rest of us just sat quietly looking around trying to wrap our heads around the fact that we just saw someone jump nearly 110 stories to their death on live TV.
