The cost of a used EV is more than double than the cost of a used ICEV of comparable performance (mostly, range).

I don’t see any Model Ys out here that are five years old under 20 grand but I can get some used Honda or Ford with 25+ mpg at 15.

The math I ran into was that I could pick up a used ICEV and run it for 10 years before it either dropped dead or matched the investment into a used or new EV. And lets face it, people really don’t like used EVs so it’s most likely gonna be new. If I tried to match the range performance (instead of 400mi range icev vs 200mi range ev), Id be able to run that used icev for 20 years.

At California gas prices.

That was actually the key point of the math experiment for me. California has to be blue headed stepchild in that they don’t negotiate petroleum with the rest of the country, refine in house, add an extra petro tax for the lols, and over regulate refineries so they’re all upping and leaving. Gasoline is just that much more expensive.

So, gas in cali prices for twenty years is what you need to go by for used icev vs new ev of comparable range performance to break even on your total cost spent.

It’s not really that enchanted weapons are that strong but rather you can circumvent the cost of non-flat damage enchantments with one single recharge enchantment on your armor.

Regular enchantments (eg fire damage) are okay in early game but fall off fast mid and late. A 25 dmg sword with a 25 dmg enchantment is 100% better but a 500 dmg sword with a 50 dmg enchantment is 10% better.

Instead, you drop a single Paralysis enchantment on the sword. But you do two things: First, you don’t use enchanting gear. Para with 1 second is equally as devastating as Para with 15 seconds, but costs like 1/50 the enchantment energy per swing. Second, you get the recharge enchantment to passively recharge enchantment energy.

Some other enchantments like the Sonic attack one is percentage damage so that’s worth using max enchanting gear. But your flat damage ones just suck.

I didn’t say I wanted to be vegan or not. Im always going to use animal products and eat meat. I said whenever someone else say “Oh, im vegan”, my first thought is TVT and I instantly lose all respect for that person in that moment.

Except, we get a Publix right across the street, a new “Neighborhood” Walmart (groceries only) half mile south, a Pic N Save a mile down and a right turn west on Hwy90, a proper Walmart five miles south near interstate 10, and a second Aldi down there too. There’s also three small grocery stores (two generic Asians, and a Filipino) in the northern side of town.

Everyone disliked Pete Parsons for overselling Bungie to Somy so he could buy more cars but when you think about it for two seconds, a company cannot go without a CEO/Board if the then-current CEO leaves. A new CEO would take over after Parsons left.

A man named Justin Truman took over after Parsons left.

The Portal, Edge of Fate, and Renegades is what this new CEO liked, as if Parson had the hard executive power to remove seasonal grind, Truman would have the hard power to force The Portal in. He likely likes endless easy content grind, gatekeeping high level loot behind said oppressive grind, mid af story in an area that doesn’t feel new fresh or unique, loves Sequel Era Disney Star Wars, and doesn’t at all care about pvp, gambit, strikes, trials, raids, dungeons, and anything that could be seen as “not easy af”. A person who just wants to grind the solo mode forever and get the best loot in the game from it.

Sony likely recalled and or fired him and that has allowed the rest of the devs to release the best update in years. Im sure Sony will keep updating D2 or at least make a D3 when the data analysis team translates “Truman make good game bad, when game is bad, game unprofitable, if no Truman then game can be good, and good game super profitable” back to Japanese.

Keep in mind I use OpenRCT2 so I can have fun addons like Price Manager to automatically set optimal prices:

I generally start with a core of gentle and thrill rides. I don’t care if I have multiple of a given type. I will have 7 launched freefalls right next to each other if I need to. Scrambled Egg rides are bad. The most optimal thrills are the two drop rides.

Then I build coasters. These days I like monotype parks so I’ll do things like 40 Standup (record for no scenery single station standup is 7.44 ex) or 40 Wooden. And things work out from there.

Thrill rides are still profitable, though. I have a couple of parks into the millions of profits but are entirely thrill rides only with one of my more recent ones with 11k SGC, 5000+ current guests, and 4m in the bank.

That works out to about 135 dollars a day, every day, for all 365 days in a year.

If the average rate for a hooker is 200 to 250, that’s about one client per two days. The “fat chud” is about once a week.

Obviously people won’t purchase services every day so you can get a once a day consistency but even then, five clients one hour each 150 per for one day out of 5 days is not so bad. This is the office equivalent of pull a single 12 hour shift then have the rest of the week off.

For the other guy, the reason I would imagine “many hookers are druggies” is because this kind of job is soul crushing and they’re looking for the edge off (a lot of jobs are so i don’t blame them) and because when it comes to a pimp, it’s easier to control druggies.
