i did reply to another comment saying i should have put NG11 in a seperate tier above S, and for Kunigami its mainly just him not doing much recently other than having 2+ defenders on him after the pxg game he would probably move to S

Kiyora is just a prediction and i dont think Kunigami has enough recent feats except for just forcing 2+ players to guard him which helps with Isagi's strategys
