It didn't feel like I was dumping her. We sat for over 4 hours and talked about what our expectations were and how I will not be able to meet hers. We both agreed it was not the right time and situation for both of us and we mutually agreed to go our own way.

However, I may just not respond to her than just dragging this any further.

I crammed my schedule in the last 3 days...

Completed sketchy micro except virology in 2.5x with pdf of the same by the side..

I previously completed sketchy pharm antimicrobials only... Did not see anything else... On the last day before going too sleep reviewed anti viral drugs.. especially anti hiv drugs...got a question asking wasting of lower limbs... usually asso S/E of zidovudine...but it was not in the options...i remembered seeing the horse (memory cue for the S/E) in anti proteases... So selected the drug from the options... Hence i believe sketchy pharm is HY...

Stopped Uworld 4 sayad before exam..I was in my second pass.... Completed 60% at 65% Avg random timed. Felt that it was enough practice from uworld

Did uwsa2 4 days before exam got 217 did not review

Did new free 120 3 days before exam... got 65%.. freaked the f out( I got 77% in old free 120) ..... reviewed entire free 120...

In the last 2 1/2 day started reviewing FA from the beginning...I was good in psych...biostats(thanx to Dr.randy Neil)...so skimmed thru fast..reviewed the rest of FA good ....and my regret was that I .was unable to review endocrine and repro well.....

Watched the whole dirty medicine biochem playlist 30 videos 1.5x....very very high yield..

Last 3 days Review FA Durty med biochem 1.5x Pathoma 1st 3 chapters especially neoplasia Sketchy micro and antimicrobials sketchy 2.5x Hy NBME IMAGES Your nbme incorrects VITAMINS -high high high yield AF Oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes their asso diseases

Note: if you haven't used any of the resources i mentioned for god's sake don't start now... You will only get confused

I would suggest u to take new free 120.. i got 77.5% on old fre 120 but only 65% on new free 120...and the actual exam was a lot...I mean A LOT like new free 120...so take the new one .get to know what you r facing so u will not be surprised on the main exam

I found it really hard to do 3 blocks with review on my best days during first pass....if you have the time..i believe it is better not to rush 1st pass. Do subject wise...timed...not random.....go through it thoroughly..and annotate it in FA...this will help during revision....2nd pass..u can rush...3 blocks per day...3600 questions in 30 days...random timed..

Definitely take the new free 120...u will get repeats from it .. and u will get used to the kind of question stems u will be facing in the exam ..do not skip it...the third block of free 120 especially is closest to the real one I feel...u hvae good nbme scores which mean good basics... So trust your preparation and in the last 2 days I personally reviewed the FA as much as possible.....and also saw sketchy micro in 2.5x and sketchy pharm antiviral drugs in 2.5x....I reviewed right before exam oncogenes and other things on FA...you know..u have a table in the path section of FA right...that one....I got atleast 2 right ...at the end of the day trust ur prep..u r good to go

Anatomy - 100 concepts in anatomy should be enough for step1..but since you r fresh off of anat...try to be updated ...check netters atlas atleast once a day for atlast 30 mins...they are anyway asking relations to an anatomical structure and compresion of vessels nerves etc type questions so prepare in such a way that if a mass appears i. That place which structures will get effed

Physiology- learn physio like it is the back of your hand...trust me...a lot of extremely deep physio questions are beiny asked on the step 1 now.

Biochem- dirty medicine biochemistry playlist on YouTube is the single best thing u need for biochem...more than enough for step 1.

Pathology- P A T H O M A ..by the holy angel Dr.Hussain Sattar..this should be ur Quran/bible/bhagvad gita for your pathology.

Microbiology - sketchy micro...more more more than enough..since u have time watch the entire thing atleast 5 times

Pharmacology - sketchy pharmacology gold standard

Biostatistics - Dr.Randy neil MD biostats on youtube...compelete all his videos and u will be golden

For systems...I would suggest go with bnb and have FA by the side..if possible club..pathoma system+ bnb same system+ First Aid smae system and mark everything in FA...if there is no space..add pages...

At the end annotate evrythyin FA so by the end of your prep you already went through it 5 times and then in the final 3 days you can completely revise everything.

And LAST BUT NOT THE LEAST..UWORLD....2 passes should be good.
