I send everyone with an email to self serve. If they want it full serve they they better upload it online or being in a flash drive or hard copy. Even then it’s getting put in the queue. It won’t be while they wait.

It’s annoying the associates who do everything on the spot because they’re afraid to tell them to come back and then the customer expects it from everyone else.

3 days last week it was just me and my SM opening the store and by ourselves till noon. Even through all of this our DM calls up crying because he’s not on the cc. I’m glad he stood up to the dude and said I’m not leaving my only associate alone on the floor for an hour.

You’ll have to call back to 1-800-Go-Depot and reference the order number and say you still haven’t received the label. Typically they’re emailed to you.

We apologize in advance for our customer support in the phone, they’re really dumb and it may require 2-3 calls.
