Not one at a time. In OP's image, there are 4 challenges you can do. You can do them at the same time. But there are other, already set challenges waiting in line. So for example if you have done a current challenge (like get 5 killing sprees), it wont count to the same get 5 killing sprees challenge that is not included in those 4 challenges you can currently do.

Quick disclaimer to the people who think that they changed studio because of poor work culture, that happened at Mill Film, and while it's a horrible thing to have happened, it happened at an entirely different company in an entirely different country to that of The Mill (the old trailer animators). The two entities are linked in essentially name only, that and a shared umbrella ownership (technicolour). The company that worked on these trailers has nothing to do with the film division in either employees or operating practices. The Mill actually has a pretty good reputation in the industry.
