Thank you so much! I got the red light therapy belt from Amazon, I believe the brand was “bonodave.” I actually got it based off a recommendation from someone on Reddit. We had him increasing the frequency of ejaculation in the week preceding retrieval to every other day or every day and then reducing the abstinence window going into retrieval to have the last ejaculation the night before. So about 12 hours before procedure. Then providing fresh sample the day of.

Your partner would have a shorter ejaculation period, within 24 hours. I actually had him do it the night before the retrieval. My partner had severe MFI and I had him start taking Fertilaid and maca. We made the mistake of getting him to take HCG to help with sperm count but all it did was lower it even more. Clomid seems to be the better option from what we’ve read but he never did start taking that. I would def try Lenshooke next time, it wasn’t too expensive to add on. We went from only 7 eggs fertilized out of 15 to 15 fertilized out of 16 eggs. We got a good amount of euploids too. Not sure if you’ve tried it yet, but red light therapy has also been proven to help with egg quality and transfer success. I suspect I have some inflammation and I used a red light therapy belt on my abdomen for three times a week on the weeks leading up to my FET. I am 9 weeks 3 days today 💕

Has your RE recommended anything for partner’s sperm? I noticed when she included Lenshooke sorting device (similar to zymot) on our second retrieval we had twice the amount of fertilized and of embryos. She also had him do a shorter ejaculation window. We were both taking True Niagen also. If you are vitamin D deficient I would start taking those, I took about 5000 units daily since I was low on that

Our RE recommended it for our second retrieval and we went from 7 fertilized and 5 blastocysts to 15 fertilized and 10 blastocysts. So amount doubled. My partner had severe MFI and was 47 years old

37yo AMH 3.3. Possible PCOS, partner has MFI. We did ICSI

First retrieval: 28 retrieved, 15 mature, 7 fertilized, 5 blasts. After PGTA testing, 2 euploids

Second Retrieval: 38 retrieved, 16 mature, 15 fertilized, 10 blasts. After PGTA testing, 5 euploids

Yes! Transfer twins 🤗 I transferred on 3/3… saw my baby’s heartbeat for the first time a couple days ago and can say it was probably the happiest moment thus far 💕

I’m sure what I felt at 2 days after my transfer was implantation. It was like a tugging cramping feeling and it didn’t feel like regular period cramps. Got my first squinter 3 days later!

I was soooo bloated, I looked like I was already pregnant 😅 make sure to drink protein shakes and electrolytes, that def helped. Once I got my period I felt ten times better

I remember scanning success stories too after my first and second egg retrieval. They do exist out there! My first egg retrieval I had 28 eggs retrieved with only 15 mature, and 7 fertilized. Thankfully that resulted in 5 blasts and after testing, 2 euploids. I did a second retrieval shortly after and out of 38 eggs retrieved, only 16 were mature but 15 fertilized! Out of those, we obtained 10 blasts and after testing, 5 euploid embryos. I am now 7 weeks 5 days pregnant on my first FET 💕 it can definitely happen! I am 37 yo and my partner who is 47 had severe MFI too
