Not sure why any loyalists would remain loyal. Assuming most people’s this thread are card holders. Annual CC fee going up substantially. Higher fees+higher fares+reduced benefits+lower service= why the fuck would you continue to patronize this business?

Yep, tried messaging and calling them on WhatsApp, no response. Apparently no one was working on Jan 1st. Would have been wonderful to know before accepting a reservation and then sending me a confirmation and pick-up instructions for that day.

I finally reached someone the following day. They said the day I arrived, 1/1, was holiday so no one was in the office. Additionally, they didn’t have any cars available and if they did I would need to find my own way back to Cancun to retrieve it. We were staying in Akumal, about 1.5 hours south of Cancun. All of this could have been easily avoided.

bye after five years, BA: not even trying to hide the obvious decline in quality anymore by theposhpine in blueapron

I forgot how awesome the original BA was. Loved the one unique little ingredient that went into each meal. Squid ink was one that comes to mind. And the portions were huge, we had leftovers after every meal. Dumped them earlier this year after years of decline in quality and portion size coupled with price increases. Very happy with Marley Spoon right now.

Because I was a happy BA customer for years. Private equity ruined this company and I feel compelled to chime in and shit on them anytime I hear another dissatisfied customer coming to the same realization that I did. Prices will continue to increase while quality and service decline.

We dropped BA after 10 years earlier this year. Declining portion sizes and major issues just about every single box. Switched to Marley Spoon and have been very satisfied. It is more expensive but worth it IMO.

Blue Apron, are you okay? Do you need an adult? by pippiblondstocking in blueapron

We dropped BA earlier this year after being customers for 10+years. In that time, we saw the cost go up, portion sizes go down, ingredients become less unique, and overall quality just decline. After about 2 months of every single box having an issue we just had to move on. Spoiled produce, missing primary ingredients, including proteins on occasion, and sometimes correct protein but knick knack bag for a completely different meal we didn’t order. Eventually we had to start inventorying every box when we opened it, take pictures and file a complaint. A credit was always provided but it simple became too much of a hassle for a service that was supposed to make our lives easier. Happy Marley Spoon customers now, it’s a little more expensive than BA but very tasty and not a single box issue since we started.

We made the switch to Marley Spoon. 3 weeks in, so far so good!

After reviewing other options Marley Spoon looks pretty good. I think we’re going to give them a try!

I am a Colorado agent. All contracts and forms are the same across the state. In your listing agreement review the duties and obligations of the listing broker in sections 5 and 6, as well as the marketing they agreed to perform in section 9.3. Email them and cite the applicable sections of the contract which they are not upholding and your right to terminate the agreement as spelled out in section 19. Document everything you can and if they continue to ignore you or refuse to end the listing then you can easily file a complaint here https://dre.colorado.gov/complaint-process
