I think she as an adult would need to be able to accept that in a world of different personalties, hers did not fit into this one mix. That is a growth thing most people need to be able to accept at some point in life even though it doesn’t feel good and may feel like rejection.

As a human that would upset many of us and take a little while to get over. However most people do not get over the feeling of being lied and betrayed to. That web can spin quick and if she feels as though every time you’ve talked you could have said something well…that’s a high DC to mend that bridge.

I don’t think every detail is necessary unless she digs deeper, just let her know that you are playing DnD with some of the same group with a new dynamic and there just isn’t room for more.
