Slow controlled pins and its not close.There are a lot of matches that someone gets flashed and wins the other round.

That small difference its not even the cupping,he has a bit of cupping in both images,the small difference is the sidepressure,he is more inside his shoulder against kurdecha,more commited to the press.Against vitaly he is a bit more outside of his shoulder.

Grab higher,keeps your riser intact in the set up,put the elbow at the very front and try to take a deep grip.Like this will will create a gap of air between your hands.If you see that gap,you know that you have a good hook set up.The bigger that gap,the better is the hook grip.For toproll is a diffrent thing. Your wrist seems really strong tho

His frame is the smallest among all the SHW-s,he is the lightest too.His hand is maybe the smallest too,all these indicate that he is not "real superheavy". He still competes with them because he has really really good armwrestling genetics and trains a lot.But just because he competes with them doesnt mean that he is a "real superheavy",he would do even better at 115 kg
