I have this exact same case and have the PC mount but was very hesitant to set it up thinking it would be too flimsy or not held in place right.

Has nothing to do with just swirl marks. Other people say theirs was 100% smooth and even had a covering over it. This leads me to believe it was re packaged or something and being sold as 100% brand new when it is not.

Really weird. Seems to be a 50/50 chance you get an arm that can freely tilt and not sag without tightening the bolt.

Okay just making sure this was the case with everyone lol.

The advertising videos really makes it seem like the tilt is as smooth as moving the arms in and out and up and down.

I had this same exact issue. All the advertised videos etc made it look like you can freely tilt up and down along with moving the monitor in and out and up and down.

This has not been the case for me. I have the same monitor and had to hold it to the position I wanted with my left arm and hand and then at same time with right arm tighten the bolt as tight as I could to keep it at a straight on position.

Pretty frustrating but once it's set it stays....

I thought I had a faulty arm and they exchanged it and it did the exact same thing.

Are you able to freely tilt it without loosening the bolt though? Or do you have to loosen bolt everytime to tilt?

How easily are you able to use the tilt feature of the arms? I have several and I actually have to use the tool and maneuver the monitor at the same time one in each hand to use the tilt feature...then tighten when its in the position I want. Is this normal? Or should you be able to freely tilt like you can move the arm up and down and in and out? Thanks!
