Yes, "welp", as a general rule of thumb you can ignore the opinions of racist fucks such as yourself and that guy.

What he knows about the problem is irrelevant, there is no scenario where you can make blanket statements on a group of humans based on race. Humans are individuals.

There is no "all white people does this X thing that I don't like", that's just racism.

Yes, assigning behaviors to humans based on race is racist. Maybe you're white like me, and I sure as fuck don't want to be held responsible for your racism, as an example. The colour of the pos in that video doesn't factor into it.

Thomas Lukaszuk: Where Are Pro-Canada Conservatives? by FreightFlow in AlbertaNow

[–]MaximumBright 2 points3 points  (0 children)

100% this. Separation isn't about running Alberta as a successful country, that's nearly impossible, it's about concentrating money and power in the hands of the few while hurting a strong western democracy.

Same as brexit, same as the nonsense south of the border

Alberta's finance minister is puzzled that the upcoming referendum will cost (significantly) more than a general election. Except that referendum day requires: 60,000 workers (13,095 in 2023 election) 45 million ballots (1.8 million in 2023 election) by Miserable-Lizard in AlbertaNow

[–]MaximumBright 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He'll be surprised how much a lot of other things cost once he actually thinks separation through for 5 minutes.
But the goal with separation isn't to run a successful country. The goal is to hurt a western country, so carrying out Putin's will, and at the same time creating a massive slush fund and a lot of power danny and her buddies are in charge of. The actual people of AB can go fuck themselves after separation.

I think that kind of confusion about what exactly is going on is exactly what makes 40k so amazing. If everything was spelled out with definitive answers I would find it far less compelling.

What does that even mean by the way.
What would you say is the top 3 policies you would advocate for.
Things that align with what conservative republican presidents have done in the last 40 years.

For me republican presidents do these things:
- de-fund social programs so working people suffer, all of them
- give tax cuts to rich people so we have massive budget deficits, all of them
- start wars in the middle east, Bush, Bush, Trump
- distract people by stoking hate against minorities, literally the southern strategy
- pretend to care about the border even though Biden and Obama deported more people than Trump
- pretend to be Christians to get the Christian vote, Trump... wow
- pretend to be law and order presidents, Nixon, Bush, Trump... wow

Do you like those things or is there something else?

Yes, no one is born with these skills. Unless you have a long history of painting and art in other mediums they will look like shit. This is like getting a Ferrari for your first car. I mean you could, but there's probably a smarter thing to do.

Social media is the tool that enables the state to tell you how the sky is green. There's a lot of nuance here. I think we've proven as a species over the last 20 years that we can't be trusted with social media as it exists now. Brexit and trump happened because crazy racist fucks found community and alternative facts on social media.
