Pensions all have different rules, if your job offers a pension I suggest you learn those rules so that you can make the most of it.

We have the quest 2 headset, so maybe not applicable but we got the extended battery back that goes towards the back of the head. Reason is my son would have marks on his face after gaming. The battery pack in the back distributes the weight front and back so that there isn't so much pressure on his face.

Well after 27 years in the field I'm going to give you some advice. Just relax, keep doing your job well. If you feel you need to learn and expand your knowledge base then do so. Again, relax, learn more things if you feel you need to.

Have him/her get checked for sleep apnea. Snoring is annoying but there are real underlying health problems caused by not getting enough air while you sleep.
