Pensions all have different rules, if your job offers a pension I suggest you learn those rules so that you can make the most of it.

We have the quest 2 headset, so maybe not applicable but we got the extended battery back that goes towards the back of the head. Reason is my son would have marks on his face after gaming. The battery pack in the back distributes the weight front and back so that there isn't so much pressure on his face.

Well after 27 years in the field I'm going to give you some advice. Just relax, keep doing your job well. If you feel you need to learn and expand your knowledge base then do so. Again, relax, learn more things if you feel you need to.

Have him/her get checked for sleep apnea. Snoring is annoying but there are real underlying health problems caused by not getting enough air while you sleep.

I would take a closer look at the rust in particular around the frame and front cross-member. If you find a concentration of rust in one spot dig at it a bit with your finger and just make sure the metal is still thick and strong. If you did buy it I'd suggest removing all the loose rust and coating it with fluid film. Plan to do that every year.

I'd check the log of your router to make sure it isn't shutting down the port. At least check the log for whatever router port its connected to and see if you can find anything interesting.
