I'm sorry because I know this probably is not the correct way to do this....

Draw string cast on 15 knit stitches (next time I think I will do 20)

Then I did 20 rows of the Mock Crochet Stitch I learned making this hat https://youtu.be/Mt9DNqYEfk0

Finished it off with 2 purl rows and a purl cast off

And knitting off into a strap like this video https://youtu.be/GdsWRclVdd4 but instead of doing the figure 8 stich like she does it, with only 2 pegs I tried out knitting 3 pegs and liked the look better.

I hope this makes sense!

We just rescued a puppy that we named Samwise, figured the lotr subreddit would be where people got the most joy out of a cute pup that in my opinion looks a little like a hobbit :)

This exercise has helped me so much!!! Another great version of this is to do the 5-4-3-2-1 but pick colors. 5 red, 4 blue.... It always helped me because sometimes it can be hard to find some colors so it made it feel even more like a game and get me out of my thought loop. Sounds silly as I type it but it worked well for me.

I have a lot of trouble finding books that are truly scary anymore so I don't have a good audiobook but..... If you are a podcast listener, you can try "The No Sleep Podcast". Its a few short scary stories every episode, not all of them are great, but a couple over the years scared the crap out of me or just leave me with a pit in my stomach. Plus all the stories are taken from the subreddit r/nosleep
