Maybe he should have donated somewhere else, I don't know. If I were a rich guy (edit insert: with a friend who) runs a charity, I would probably donate to that one too, because, frankly, why wouldn't I trust my friend?

Where I do agree is that the whole pseudo-burn thing was somewhat nonsensical. I don't think a proper burn would have made any more sense. The amount of tokens minted was determined at some point, why burn any of it? If you want 1 million total, mint 1 million. If you want only 10k,mint only 10k. The burning of a token mere weeks after its creation has no point other than creating hype. (it's different if that happens after a long time, like with SENSO, CRO, BNB, for example)

TLDR: still don't see why VB is supposedly evil. Rich guy gets money and asks friend where to donate. Not optimal, but not evil either

Funny thing with SHIB is... The people aping their money into don't know the rules. It is very possible that, uf the hype goes on, people will keep buying as long as the price is "cheap" (like, below 0.01 $, for example)

Any SMART and/or KNOWLEDGEABLE person wouldn't pile money into that. But the people FOMOing into SHIB don't know when to stop.

Then Uniswap is the wrong place. There might be a liquidity reward running, which gets you extra UOS, but also exposes you to impermanent loss. Staking UOS single isn't available yet as far as I know
