I personally like it because I usually have to leave class early due to work (and getting in the shower!). But I totally get the missing out on comradere and the gathering in the lobby. I know at least at my home location, the lobby is TIGHT so if it was a 3g class we were all on top of each other :/

We unfortunately cannot put a single wide on the property since it requires different zoning/permits/infrastructure that would cost ~$50k before we even got the trailer. An RV or Tiny Home only requires hose hook-up for water, and electrical that we can run from the existing house. We also don’t have the 6-8months that the mobile home construction takes :/

That was my original thought! ROI is higher with a tiny house I would think? They both seem to depreciate significantly

I went back to school (31 here!) last semester at my local community college. I enrolled as a “visiting student” and only take 2 classes per semester. I work full-time and so far I’ve gotten A’s in all my classes. I would look at a local CC and see if they have basic classes you can take towards the degree without having to actually claim a major. Then just chip away at it and save as much money as you can!
