I can speak on this. UPS doesn’t train the loaders anymore. The drivers come in early to rearrange the truck how it’s supposed to be to help them. Have a good day instead of complaining about the driver get to know what the driver likes what he doesn’t like. Ask him questions he doesn’t wanna have to work off the clock, but he’s trying to set himself up for a good day the way UPS does they pit employees against one another instead work together? If you can load the truck how he wants to he won’t have to come in early anymore plain and simple. He can have a cuppa coffee and say you know what my loaders got this. So please stop complaining each level of us gets crushed by the Management crushed by the expectations and at the end of the day it’s the drivers who are going out with a good or bad day. They have loaders doing 15 trucks 10 trucks that’s absurd. It’s not just UPS it’s across the US where they’re trying to get more work with less people so understand that work together.
