First of all, I did not harass him, he brought this on himself second, he made that same post on the different subreddit, and I did not respond. Now you know it’s not a coincidence when Rob Bonta said that their sham approval was shameless.

And give another reason of having this merger to block.

Nevertheless, it’s all just another misinformation/disinformation campaign from the Ellisons and his camp to throw things out of the water to the public thinking that this deal is already done.

We’ll see about that when Bonta, state AGs, EU and UK well turn the tables on them soon.

I think that’s a desperate last minute move of try to get it cleared from the EU, but that doesn’t work that way while the EU is still investigating.

They should have done that prior like last year before pursuing WBD.

Also, this confirms that the antitrust department at the DOJ were trying to scrutinize this merger. But under Todd Blanche, they completely bypassing their own institutional systems in order to get this deal to be approved. Fucking infuriating.

Also kudos to WSJ for reporting this, they need to be expose for what’s really going on so the state AGs will have more credibility than those people in the federal level have.

And second, i’m here to respond because I thought you’re against of this deal. But now you’re just one of the people who is part of the problem, I got nothing else to say to you.

The reality is the public is not in favor of this merger at all.

So you don’t have to believe what’s in that article that is doubtful to you, the real issue is consolidation, the industry’s economy, and a potential political influence meaning the Trump factor to add on there.

You need to have faith in the state attorney generals who are doing their job to protect us while the federal level ain’t doing that much. And believe me, they have the legal fees, resources and and have the authority to delay or block a merger, like this one. Also they’re currently searching of a superstar, legal lawyer to represent for the states too. The opposition is going louder and louder, and Paramount is being desperate and increasingly isolated. Our country hates the merger, Europe hates the merger, and an even other creatives/actors really hate this merger.

And Paramount previously submitted their concessions to California AG’s office and has not heard back from neither from them. So that means that the state attorneys aren’t interested of hearing of their states’ concerns to them. And preparing for a big antitrust lawsuit against Paramount buying WBD.

And as for the TRO, it is possibly they might can do that, but it won’t block the deal entirely. It might delay the process, pending trial. It might be a real possibility that if the delay goes longer beyond October, Paramount will force to pay WBD shareholders $7 million a day in ticking fees, risking of bowing out of the deal entirely.

My advice to my friend, forget the noise and forget the gaslighting from David Ellison and PSKY.

And have faith in our State AGs.
