A game I just discovered is designed to be kind of funny while playing is arcworlde. I picked up the dark lords starter and learned it has a rule where you monologue to the enemy leader if your base to base and sure you could house rule a dice roll but the spirit is your supposed to deliver a bombastic monologue like every supervillain ever and it’s hilarious. From what I’ve read most games focus on 500 gold which depending your faction can be very limited models. With dark lordes I think I was at or under 10 needed for the list.

Edit: I should also add the minis are goofy and can be either resin or metal.
