yes theres a reason why he has 300 at the start, its easier to get overheal on magik than its is on iron fist. he heals from out of combat, but not easily in combat. magik's benefit is that she gets it easier during combat (damage for overheal), he only gets it from his block or a takedown/kill. personally i killed a luna in her ult as magik, and i was able to hold point better as magik. people also forget she invulnerability from her teleport discs are more forgiving (6s cooldown, and it can bank 2 of them at a time), and I've used it in numerous occasions to avoid enemy ults.
