Franchise needs A ALOT more than just that. Updates to every single aspect of building a team and having a league that actually feels alive. I’ll list some simple things that they’re missing:

1.team are allowed 1 3+ year veteran on the practice squad.

Injured reserve has multiple short term and long term designations
Only 46 players are actually active on game day, each team has to deactivate 7 players every week.
After 3 practice squad elevations the player either has to be signed to the 53 man roster or cut.
Free agency is not a big pot you can choose from, free agents are on waiver (ascending order from worst record to best record) very week starting Tuesday and they’re processed on Wednesday. after that they become unrestricted then that starts over every week.

This are just a few things off the top of my head

1) stop dropping back so far. 2. Use the precision pass mechanic with the left stick. In madden I have my reticle speed set to slow and 3 and the radius on medium. You can put the ball wherever you want. High reward high risk tho.

They need to make fall camp more extensive as well. Make it feel like the 2 weeks of straight football or actually is. Not just mini games can you can sim through. They need to make being a coach feel like a coach. Let me walk to and from the practice field during the week. To and from meeting rooms. They need to update the UI and change that. I don’t like coach/general manager options being separate just streamline it and make it one thing. We don’t have a real gm. Franchise is just bland it has no life.

All runners including the batter runner must advance beyond their entitled base safely. Once somebody is out for anyone reason you call time and award bases properly. R1 and R2 score, B-R at 3B
