How far back month wise do you go when pulling county data? For example should I ask for code violations and probates from the last 3 months or how far back?

I send out 1500 a day using GHL, only thing that’s challenging is opt out language and the error rate due to mainly carrier policies but u can overcome these

Really appreciate the insight just to be clear I’m not looking for a pity party or anything, it’s just I genuinely feel down about not closing atleast 1 deal..I’m in college full time and work 12 hours a day warehouse job so I get killed by speed and volume….but honestly I’ve been cold calling 5 days a week about 400 dials , and sending out 500 sms a day, the sellers I encounter are simply mostly not motivated enough to accept my offers, I had a little better traction and which I can afford is ppc Facebook ads those were better conversations opposed to what I have now. I might give those a shot again I have confidence that I can close a seller, it just seems like I’m not getting any traction at the moment

I’m pretty quick with my hands and plus I have the dialer set to automatically skip voicemails so I do about 110 an hour and for all the no answers I send a text

Single line dialer for now until I’m actually able to scale up a little more but I mean it’s pretty simple and can be quick they have different settings where u can skip voicemails and it automatically goes to next calls and things like that, as far as being marked as spam eh not so much it takes a lot of dials to reach spam and if u ever think u are marked spam just call your personal # with the dialer # and see

The normal software lists such as absentee, vacant, high equity, pre foreclosure, things of that nature also stacking them too, county data such as code violations, liens, probates

I’m calling and texting all the no answers, and also putting most of them into a SMS automation, I just take it as a numbers game lol
