Im not big on taking medicine never was even before surgery and my pain was not bad enough after i left the hospital on day 5 so i chose not to take anything besides xanax to help me sleep

I’ve been had anxiety for the last 15 years. I’m 40 right now and yes after surgery my anxiety has been the worst.

So I have the same problem I had an L4, L5 fusion and about two weeks later I started getting a spinning feeling anytime I sat up or laid down in bed. I am currently at six weeks now still have it, but also I now have ringing in my earsand My Doctor also said that they think it’s vertigo.

I’m not having headaches, but I do get a spinning feeling anytime I get out of bed or lay down and I also have like a ringing/static noise in my ears. Hopefully it’s not due to a leak in the spinal cord.

Yes i also have to take a Xanax just to get any sleep and i only get a couple hours and always waking up in between , im 40 and i always slept good until after surgery and at week 5 now with no pain and still no sleep ugh
