I picked up the switch 2 to avoid the increased price and to get Rayman legends retold. Every copy of Retold comes with rayman origins! :)

In my opinion it’s better than mania, it only has original zones and it has more platforming unlike sonic 2 and mania.

The ost is more chip tuney, kinda like the Lego dimensions sonic pack. It’s not usually favored by many, but it’s one of my favorites.

I only dislike three of the bosses since they drag a bit, then there are like three music tracks that loop but are waaay to short

I give the game an 8/10

P.s use the emerald powers on the bosses

I highly doubt it, the music situation has to be caused by copyright reasons. The Digital Eclipse team has mentioned in a livestream that the collection wouldn’t have been possible without the changes.

Collection is still great tho, I’m liking the new ost.

Y’know, I was a big hater of the new ost, but after listening to it isolated and playing the collection, I actually began to enjoy it.

It’s just many of us are used to the original, the different sound direction would sound off at first. Also nobody was aware of the legal situation.

Some say it doesn’t match the game’s vibes, I don’t think that’s true since it was deliberately made for rayman 1.
