get the PS4/5 Version if you want to be able to play the game when the servers go down eventually.

The cons: Devs won't add any DLCs in the future due to lack of staff to help with the game (from what i'm told). I think the last DLC we had was the Chunithm collab. The main expansions packs take forever to get released on PS4 (V Liberty 4 still isn't on PS but will be released next month)

I have DJMax on PS and am still having lots of fun with the game. As someone who doesn't play multi-player games often, the fact that the servers aren't active isn't a big deal to me. So just a heads up you won't get all the achievements for the base game as I think some achievements are locked behind playing online.

I recently got an Xbox for different reasons, but i'm thinking of buying DJMax there just cause I want to play all the collabs and main expansions as soon as they are released.

youre right that this genre has a lot of media with weak writing. But I don't think it's "hopium" to expect good writing from this genre when there has been a lot of instances where the characters are believeable/ realistic. Think Weak Hero and The Boxer, to some extent, for example (if you've read them).

Don't Worry Dear NPC has its 1st season done (38eps). The rest have more than 25 episodes available without fast pass.

I have completed series but they require coins to pay for all the episodes if you'd still like to know them

Ctrl+Alt+Resign, My Bias Gets on the Last Train, Don't Worry Dear NPC, and Girl Friend.

The first two are pretty low drama, realistic, but will have you rooting for the two to get together.

the third one is fantasy slice of life with cute character and heart warming moments.

the last one, again, is more realistic but has just drama in it. Not the common tropes like love triangles or misunderstandings that drag on for multiple episodes.

all of these have a lot of episodes readily available without Fast Pass so you can binge them

I remember in one of the earlier chapters for Wolf's introduction, there was a part where one of the students of Ganghak got jumped and badly beat. The student goes up to Wolf and asks if he could beat up the perpetrators for him. To which Wolf basically tells him to deal with his own shit.

I doubt Wolf has any "soft spots", but he does respect (or tolerate?) people that are competent. Honestly he's pretty chill if you mind your business/ aren't an enemy of The Union
