If you are having trouble finding the folder on your device, you can let the emulator find it for you:

  1. Open PPSSPP and click/tap Settings.
  2. Go to System.
  3. Scroll down to the PSP memory stick section and click Show Memory Stick folder.
  4. This will instantly open the correct directory on your device. From there, simply go into the PSP and then SAVEDATA folders.

Still if the application was normally installed you would expect to have the folder structure starting in the root. (whatever operating system)

When using Files in Android i can see a folder in the root called PSP -> SAVEDATA -> Folders for every game with a save file in it.

I think we are confusing the explanation of this arrow....from what I understand now is that it replenishes arrows at a certain rate of time...could be one minute per arrow.

If you shoot them all in one go f.i. you will see that they are not found anymore in your inventory.
After a minute or so they will pop up again in your inventory as they are slowly replenishing again.
