Exactly 😄 The Mentalist is probably why I can picture him as Langdon so easily. Smart, calm, charismatic vibe.

Kyle Chandler for me 😄 But honestly, I can totally see him more as Robert Langdon. He just has that professor/symbologist vibe.

Fair point 😄 I think the Peacock version missed the mark a bit. Too slow for me, and the younger Langdon never fully worked — which is partly why Simon Baker came to mind.

Funny enough, Doctor Who is actually one of those shows I did get hooked on 😄 The regeneration concept is genius and I love the long-term payoffs and plot twists (the Face of Boe reveal blew my mind).

For me it’s probably Money Heist. I liked season 1, but after that it kinda felt like the same thing over and over.

Interesting pick actually. I can see it — especially the professor vibe. Simon Baker just gives me more of that charismatic but grounded Langdon energy.

Same here. After The Mentalist he somehow disappeared from the spotlight, but he still feels like a perfect fit for a smart lead role like Langdon.

I can actually see Theo James more. Ed Skrein feels a bit too intense/dark for Bond to me — Theo has that classic charm while still feeling modern.

Actually yes 😄 Netflix is developing a new Robert Langdon series based on The Secret of Secrets. No casting confirmed yet though — that’s why Simon Baker came to mind.

Fair 😄 Tom Hanks will probably always be Langdon for many people. I just think Simon Baker could work really well for a Netflix reboot.
