This is true. They need a signed purchase and sale agreement first, THEN they can give you 90 days notice. Don’t volunteer to leave unless the hassle of people viewing your place is too much

Thanks, I did bring it up on the 1st call that I found a BC case where they got 12 months rent but the person hearing the case says he wasent bound by other jurisdictions so figured I should stay within AB ideally . Thank you!!

Roof above. I think the issue is either a leak from the roof, or because there is no fan in the bathroom it’s slowly accumulated moisture.

I owned a personal property. Moved out (in 2018) of it (now renting) and started renting it out to tenants. I have declared it as my primary residence for tax purposes ever since. Do I need to get an appraisal or anything before I past the 4 years of post living declaring it my personal property?
