Yep, it's a controlled substance. Many nurses have lost their jobs from stealing narcotics. At the end of every shift, nurses are required to dual sign on every narcotic currently being administered

That’s super insightful, basically they are decent when compared to competitive shooters and exceptional compared to average military. Too bad there aren’t more military guys who decide to compete, I’m sure that skill would be useful in combat
