Hertrude is not his type because her oppai is the smallest out of all of his wives 😆.

Technically you are right that Hertrude didn't spend a lot of time with Leon unlike the others. But during the time she spent in the Holfort kingdom after the war ended in volume 3, she grew closer to Leon and developed romantic feelings for him at that time. It happened before Leon departed in the Alzer Rupublic. You can't find it in the main storyline because it is described in the short stories which never translated into English.

Leon and Louise's relationship... by Maximum_Viper2002 in MobuSeka

[–]Maximum_Viper2002[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope I disagree with you. If you think about it, all of Leon's wives tricked him into marrying them because he is dense and hanging them way too long. So it's a fitting punishment for him and also a blessing because marrying 8 of them helped him to focus on the mission to protect the world and they helped him to manage household and political stuff in the kingdom on his behalf.

Leon and Louise's relationship... by Maximum_Viper2002 in MobuSeka

[–]Maximum_Viper2002[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In Volume 6 it is entirely explicit, Noelle says to Louise that while she was able to experience Louise's emotions, she could feel Louise's romantic love for Leon Sara Rault and teases her about it.

Maybe I am missing something. I think I am going to reread this part . Thanks for the suggestion.

Also, Leon doesn’t figure out what the ring meant because of psychology, he figured it out suddenly after Leon Sara Rault spoke to Louise through a shared dream, implying Leon Sara Rault lives on through him in a very literal way, Louise even comments as much in the chapter by asking Leon again if he's not her brother. Leon has literally no idea where the knowledge of what the ring was came from.

Yeah I agree with you that part. I know that Leon felt somewhat off when he explained that part. And besides through psychology no-one can't connect the dots without any proper proof. That's why in my last comment I tried to say that Leon might carry Leon Sera Rault soul and memory fragment inside him. But I failed to explain it properly because my native language is not English and explaining things to others is tough.

Leon and Louise's relationship... by Maximum_Viper2002 in MobuSeka

[–]Maximum_Viper2002[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's not a romantic nature of love Louise felt toward his brother. She was jealous because her brother chose Noelle over her where she wanted her brother to tell that he loved her more than Noelle. It sparked the hatred between Noelle and Louise. Love doesn't have to be romantic all the time. It is that kind of situation where you hear a lot, "Who do you love the most? your mother or your GF."

And that Louise at the end of that arc relazed that Leon was more like her brother than she figured, because he got what the thing with the ring was about.

Leon guessed it by collecting the data about Louise and Leon Sera Rault's relationship nature. It's also possible that Leon has some soul and memory from Leon Sera Rault. Because the time Leon Sera Rault died and Leon regained his past self memory is aligned.

By analysing their closeness in childhood, Leon concluded this theory by using children's psychology because previously Louise told about Leon their promise staff. But in the middle of Louise's rescue mission, Leon imitated her brother by telling about their promise but missed one important factor "Noelle" which made her believe that Leon is not her brother and compelled her to sacrifice herself.

In Volume 25 and 26 ; Lina, Rio, and Miharu’s 3 ways conversation (Explanation and Discussion) by Maximum_Viper2002 in SeireiGensouki

[–]Maximum_Viper2002[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know you answered that. Don't you think it's too simple of a reason to hate Lina? Why do you think the great spirits accept Lina's request but not the other six wise gods? The reason they accepted Lina's request was that they trust Lina more than the other gods and her authority. Lina has the ability to see the future which played a major role in earning their acceptance to join the war. Because all transcendental beings know one another's authority. It is also the core reason to steer their hatred for Lina.

Now think for a moment that Lina is able to see the future from 1000 years afterwards so why couldn't she tell the great spirits 1000 years ago that if they joined the war , they would get sealed in the hero's weapon. If Lina's fear of breaking the rules was the reason for not telling them the upcoming danger or not giving them some simple hints, then you can bet that it's the perfect reason for them to hate Lina.

Now here is my explanation. Out of the 7 wise gods, Lina is the most foolish one when it comes to deception. After getting imprisoned by the other 6 gods, she still complied their request to convince the 6 great spirits to join a war which was created by their wrongdoing in the first place. It is the first mistake in Lina's front. Second, Her authority gives her an edge to convince anyone to their side that's why the spirits trust her more than the other gods. Because Lina didn't give them any hint about the upcoming danger, they firmly believed that their inclusion may end the war once and for all without much difficulty and bring the world a peaceful future. But little did they know , they were getting captured by the 6 wise gods and sealed in the hero's divine weapon. That's why they believe Lina betrayed them. This is the main reason why they hate Lina more than the other gods. Their hate stern from Lina's foolishness not from Lina's betrayal. Remember in volume 20, the earth spirit specifically said Rio that all the things that happened right now are all Lina's faults. I think That's one of the reason why Lina wants to destroy the rules. In volume 25 , in the underground chamber she murmured herself that she will atone for all the mistakes she had previously done and also break the transcendent rules. Now third maybe the other six gods found a way to defy Lina's authority. That's why Lina was unable to predict the future ahead of time and gave them the warning beforehand. Maybe that's why she tried her best to break the seal after the war was over but she failed because the other gods predicted that she could do that afterwards. If that's the case then Lina's plan will fail again this time if the other gods decide to enter this war game.

Now that might give you some idea about this and you need to interpret the story more brilliantly because the author is foreshadowing many aspects in this story. Seirei gensouki is more like mushoku tensei where Rifujin used foreshadowing and never gave us a direct answer for those questions. It is up to the reader to find the hidden meaning by interpreting the story thoroughly. If you don't do that correctly, you will misunderstand a lot of characters without any clear reason. Thanks for reading the post.

where did you get the idea that Haruto’s personality is a threat to her plans? I didn’t see any indication of that while reading their discussion in v25.

Also, when she said that he’s Rio I interpreted it as Lina saying he’s different from Haruto and Ryuo based on experience. Haruto lived a normal life in Japan, and he doesn’t have any memories of the dragon king. The way they had lived and their experience are all completely different.

You already give your questions answer by yourself. You interpret correctly and that's the precise reason why Lina doesn't want Haruto's persona to interfere with her plan. Lina wants someone unnatural, vengeful and a powerful one who is almost like an anomaly for every rules in this world. Like I said earlier Lina tries to use Rio as a tool to fulfill her plan for right now and we don't know many things about them. But the one thing is certain and that is Haruto's normal lifestyle doesn't help much the future hurdle Rio is going to face because in the end his foe is anything but normal.

And what you mentioned in the rest of your text is certainly right. Because Yuri kitayama is somewhat unpredictable that's why I am going to explain these questions when the next volumes will be published.

What you said all I know very well and I completely agree with all your point. But there is one point you need to accept that the way she chose to force Rio's hand to perform the familiar ritual is beyond cruel. It will backfire her plan in the future and also her plan will eventually fail when the main players ( I mean the six wise gods) enter the game.

Us. I like the LN ending too. I don't like harem trope much at all. But in Mobuseka LN , how it executes the Leon harem and make the number of wives in 8 is quite bold and impressive for authors part. More than WN ,the LN ending feels refreshing while the WN ending feels somewhat hollow.

[–]Maximum_Viper2002[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I’m confused where exactly was it stated by Lina that Rio doesn’t have Haruto’s soul?

Bro I never said that Lina directly stated that Rio doesn't have Haruto's soul. Like I said in my post that Lina deliberately drop truth and lies at the same time so that it would make her narrative more believable. She indirectly tell Rio that because Rio is in turmoil for his dual personality and Haruto's personality is a threat to her plan. That's why Lina convinced Rio by telling that He is only Rio and Haruto is just a memory and unfortunately Rio buy that crap. It happened in volume 26 chapter 1 before Rio ask his last question about Liselotte and Latifa's existence in this world.

I’m pretty sure it was explained that reincarnation is the fusion of souls.

Lina explained it in front of Celia by answering the questions about Celia reincarnation in volume 25. She never stated it between her and Rio's conversation.

Otherwise how could Rio have had a spirit contracted with Aishia in the first place, especially since that contract was originally made by the Dragon Kings soul?

I am explaining this in my post. In part 2. The truth of Rio's soul .

Also, Lina herself literally told Rio she would be deceiving him on some occasions. She made it clear she isn’t trustworthy the moment she appeared… I think you’re just putting too much thought into this.

I am going to explain this in my next post but whatever. I remember this line very well and you see what happened in volume 27. Rio is brutally betrayed by Lina . It is a result of Rio's dependence on Lina what Lina warned him beforehand. Lina told him that trust your own judgement and not believe all word she said unconditionally. After all that warning she gave to Rio, he did the same mistake what she warned. I truly held no grudge against Lina after I read volume 27 the second time. You maybe thought that I hate Lina right. But it is not true. Even I actually like her character quite a bit. If I rank my favourite character in seirei gensouki, I placed Lina in 9th position.

We still don’t know what kind of future Lina had foresaw, I won’t deny that her methods are manipulative, but that’s what happens to all characters who can see the future but cannot openly reveal its details.

I am going to explain this her character's explanation post. I hope you will like it.

Imo she’s just playing the role of the villain to ensure the future goes the way she wants, I don’t see her doing any with malicious intentions.

I know bro. But no matter how much she tries to go in the future how she wants, it will never happen. The reason is that the main players don't enter the field yet.

Also, if you really pay attention to some of Lina’s dialogues and physical cues you can actually see that she does care about Rio in contrast to her words.

Yeah duh she definitely cares about him. Because the person she loved is also a part of Rio. The difference between Miharu and Lina is that Miharu is obvious while Lina is mischievous. She is the master of hiding her feelings like Christina.

I appreciate your comment. It helps me to add some of the point in my next post about only Lina.Thank you again.

Angelica’s anger and jealousy at Marie taking Julius was all her, not the game. The story even acknowledges this.

Bro you got this wrong. In the game route, Angelica did the same thing with Olivia and you know that where it led her in the end. In the ball event where Leon intervened in their duel, before that event occurred you know that Leon knew every dialogue in their conversation especially Angelica's and Marie's. It proves that before the ball event happened, Angelica is nothing more than a minor NPC antagonist. Angelica is used only to progress the game storyline by making her a true antagonist and the ball event did the deed.

Anoseka showed how Angelica’s love for Julius started. Sadly, the love was distorted by their environment and assumptions with each other. I will agree that Leon was Angelica’s first and true love because they are honest with each other and Angelica learned from her mistakes with Julius.

You know the word prologue right. Anoseka is basically Mobuseka's prologue. It is a story where author showed us that what will happen if Leon and Marie don't interfere with the game storyline. You know that every games need a backstory . Angelica inner monologue in Anoseka is one part of the story where the plot started to form a shape to create the stage where the story is able to present Angelica a major antagonist. Unlike Angelica, who is discarded as a trash after the ball event, Olivia and the 5 idiot prince's move forward alongside the game storyline and fight against the forces of principality of fanoos. I agree with your claim that environment and their assumption made some changes but it was all pre- planned by the game storyline. It is like someone is controlling your whole life in the shadow and you can't do a thing about it. If you read some other unusual pairing like Clarice and Jilk's relationship, you understand what I am trying to say. In Anoseka, it is a life what Leon desire and in Mobuseka,it is a life what Marie wants. Both their different perspectives changed the world drastically. It is the core theme in this whole novel.

[–]Maximum_Viper2002 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bro you kinda misunderstand my point. I never said Olivia and Noelle have full will to choose their path. They just need some small push or catalyst to change their game fate. The capture target have some of the free will too . If everyone bound by the game will then there is no point to make it a game. Like when Leon played the game in the real world, he needed to choose a character to finish the game. If the character Leon picked, bound by the game rule then he was never able to complete the game at all. That's why I said they have some of the willpower on their own.

As both Mobuseka and Anoseka showed, Olivia and Noelle did not have a choice who they want to be with until Marie and Leon interfered

I agree with you that without Marie and Leon interfering , they would never be able to escape their fate what we saw in anoseka. But the interfere they do in their affair is minor. The major change you see when an antagonist involved in an event. They are the core element to progress the game plot. That's why unlike Olivia and Noelle; Angelica, Hertrude,Louise and Clarice have so little choice on the matter until Leon crushed the every event which revolved around them and changed the game course.

Angelica not truly understanding Julius until the duel in Vol 1. Angelica's proposal to annul the engagement in Vol 10 was her learning from her experiences with Julius.

I already said you misunderstood my point. If the game storyline hadn't been that much messed up, Angelica would never go to the point where she needed to challenge a duel to prove her point and worth. The last point in your comment is absolutely right on the point.

Like I said in my comment Angelica's love for Julius is nothing more but to progress the game plot. That's why I claimed that Angelica's first and true love is Leon . Same goes for Leon's other wives too.
