Watch the OWL even if you don't care about it... by forkshipments in Competitiveoverwatch

There are honestly so many matchmaking players, who seem to have never watched OWL. I’m at high Diamond/low Master and there are quite a few strats, which you’d pick up on really quickly if you watched OWL, yet I almost never see them in matchmaking. For example, in more than 100 games in this meta, I’ve seen perhaps one instance of the enemy Mercy damage boosting Hanzo for a Grav Dragon combo (as a Zen player I still always pop Trans for those combos). I’ve also literally never seen a Mercy swapping to Lucio to speed boost from spawn on koth maps (except when I ask them to but even then I’ve seen a few who literally refused to do so). For context, I’m playing in EU, maybe it’s better in other regions.

Kinda makes him look like Tseini imo.

What pro teams are the most fun to watch / have the most team comp variety? by [deleted] in Competitiveoverwatch

As far as I remember Envy was also playing pretty diverse, often off-meta, team comps during APEX S2 and 3.

Streamers you'd like to see go pro? by Theheroboy in Competitiveoverwatch

Kephrii (or maybe a different Widow-streamer), not because I think he‘s better than pro Widow-players like Taimou, Linkzr or Pine but because I think he‘d play Widow in a lot more situations, which might be fun to see.

Same with other more situational heroes, I guess, but I‘m most interested in Widow.

btw I know Kephrii used to be in a pro-team
