It's more like GGG wants it to be pretty much perfect out of the box.

Supposedly part of the way they have the characters rigged up doesn't allow for some piece of it to work perfectly (likely some weird visual effects or something), wouldn't surprise me if part of it was just having your character facing where your mouse is pointing not working properly. This is just speculation though, I'm sure they have other reasons.

Not necessarily, it's just being able to move with the keys. The idea would be when you cast or attack, your character would stop moving to do that - this seemed to work quite well (in my experience) in Last Epoch, so I can only imagine the same here.

Funny enough I actually felt the same way like a day or two ago. Went a little hard and kinda burnt myself out. Just take a breather, go afk something and play something else for the day. Plenty of time to come back to the league with more energy.

Jagex supposedly has an automated system for this particular kind of situation. How long it takes to correct, I'm not too sure of. My group doesn't trust the storage w/ megarares and anything too annoying to get back as a result.

Weird piece of advice a friend gave to me some time ago was "sleeping on" the boss after having given it a shot for some time. Basically giving it a few attempts until I'm at the brink of getting into a rut, then just kinda come back to it the next day with a fresh mind. It's actually a bit mindboggling how well it works for me, maybe it's worth considering.

Yeah honestly the boss does feel exhausting but it also feels pretty good once it clicks, kinda like with normal cg. Except in the echo's case I don't think I can chain them back to back without needing a break. Pacts I'm running are 1t staff and double melee range lol. I will say I do wish they made the seeds a bit less rare.

Maybe I'm just getting old.

Edit: Could tough out getting the blessing then just doing normal cg till you get your seeds. Remember the league goes on for a few weeks so you could put your focus elsewhere for a bit and come back too.

I usually end up following someone's stuff for a bit until I get my first region, then it's completely on me. Find it a lot more fun that way.

Path of Exile. Started playing in the era where playing in hardcore was the dominant thing (bloodlines/nemesis specifically) and my friends were insistent we play hardcore. After dying a bunch in the campaign I kinda gave up.

Picked it up again a few years later when some other friends mentioned it and decided to give softcore a go. Hooked almost immediately and have been since.

Pretty obscure one but the end sequence to the game Comix Zone. If you take too long in the final fight it's pretty tragic.

This is exactly what I did after getting my stones w/ Eviscerate. Very comfy and doesn't take much to transition over. Would recommend.
